Default is there a way to make an Excel file smaller than 296K?

Is there a way to make an Excel file smaller than what they are?
It was created from
an invoice provided as a proto from Excel

Perhaps your used range is larger than you think it is or need it to be.

Excel has a habit of over-estimating the used range.

Where does CTRL + END take you on a sheet?
