Perhaps your used range is larger than you think it is or need it to be.
Excel has a habit of over-estimating the used range. Where does CTRL + END take you on a sheet? See Debra Dalgleish's site for tips on resetting the used range. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlfaqApp.html#Unused Gord Dibben Excel MVP On Wed, 19 Jan 2005 13:16:40 -0800, cardejaid wrote: Is there a way to make an Excel file smaller than what they are?
