Default Current date in the comment instead of the user ID

Though the subject explains the question, I would still like to elaborate on
what i need.

The comment that we enter in the cell, it has your windows login ID by
default. I want the comment to have today's date by default instead of the
user ID.

Possible?

By default you cannot have the date in a Comment.

To insert a Comment with date see Debra Dalgleish's site for code.
