I have EXCEL 2007 and want to import figures from a 2003 EXCEL spread sheet
whose figures are the result of other spread sheets of which I have no access. My spread sheet does not "see" the imported figures even though I can see them. (When I use my excel auto sum feature on the imported data, the resultant column totals are zero.) Presently I am having to reenter the imported data by hand into my spread sheet. Is there a way to convert the imported figures to a form my excel can "see" and enable me to manipulate the imported data? buzz -- Seamen, with their inherent sense of order, service, and discipline, should really be running the world. |
