Default SPREADSHEET VIEW

The data in my spreadsheet is in a small window on the screen, but it will
not allow me to simply drag at the corner to expand the view. I am not sure
how I got in this view but I cannot seem to get it back to normal view.
There are 5 spreadsheets in the .xls file and the data window is only 3x4
inches. THANKS.

Maybe the workbook protection is enabled.

Are the restore, minimize and close icons missing from the title bar of the
window?
