How do I add value to a cell based on the calendar?
=SUMPRODUCT(--(DAY(A1:A100)=16))*8

Is it possible to create a formula so that the value in the cell increases by "8 hours/month" automatically on the 16th day of each month? It might be a long shot but I figured I'd just ask.
