=SUMPRODUCT(--(DAY(A1:A100)=16))*8
"LoriKLynn" wrote: I would like to create an Earned Leave report for my company. My company accrues sick time for each employee at a rate of 8 hours per month on exactly the 16th day of each month. Is it possible to create a formula so that the value in the cell increases by "8 hours/month" automatically on the 16th day of each month? It might be a long shot but I figured I'd just ask. Thank you. |
