Default Lock image to cell

Anyone know how to lock an image to a given cell. When an image is inserted
into a cell from an external file it is automatically locked to that cell.
However some images on my spreadsheet have been moved around the sheet which
are then nolonger locked to the new cell.

Default Lock image to cell

Pictures are not really locked to a cell, just to a position on the spread
sheet.
If you really want to lock an image to a cell, insert the image in a comment
at the cell
right click on edge of comment- format coment, and edit fill properties
picture brouze
