.....before I throw my computer out the window!! the trouble shooter doesn't

You don't! You use the Excel Data to make labels in Word

Excel doesn't do this, but you can search here for mail merge with word and
that will get it done. Actually check the Word boards for how to mail merge with excel. -- -John Please rate when your question is answered to help us and others know what is helpful.
