Default convert Excel sheet in 1904 format to 1900 without changing dates

I have a legacy Mac Excel spreadsheet that I converted to Windows years ago.
I am now using Excel 2003, if that matters. I understand the 1904 and 1900
date formats--both supported by Windows and I know how to change back & forth
between the two using Tools/Options/Calculations. Is there a means to covert
an entire worksheet from 1904 to 1900 without changing dates? If I simply
click "1900 format," 6/15/07 becomes 6/14/2002. I know how to work around
the problem by adding 1462 to each date in another series of cells, then copy
actual back, but that's very tedious given the size of my worksheets and
workbook. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Joe

Enter 1462 in a cell and copy it.

Select your date ranges, right-click PasteSpecial Add OK

Regards

Steve
