I received a call from one of the users I support on the job yesterday, she
has a spreadsheet displaying "##name?" in a few cells of spreadsheet. When the same spreadsheet is displayed on another user's PC it displays fine. It is a gigantic spreadsheet, over 20 sheets. The problem does not happen to the person next to her, so I am thinking it can be an Excel add-in or function on the local PC side, she is the only user complaining of this and it is in only one part of this huge spreadsheet. The next thing I will bring up is that this spreadsheet is protected and cannot be modified by anyone that opens it. Both users are running XPsp2 and Office 2003 sp2 as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, Thanks all- |
