Default Forms and Consolidation

Hi,

I've used excel forms before to create surveys .. but only to capture the
data on the form itself and manually look at the information.

I would like to take this a step further and somehow have the information
from the form import into a spreadsheet. Is this possible?

About 450 people will be sent a survey and I want to automate this as much
as possible. If there is a way to take the results and compile them into one
spreadsheet .. that would be great.

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Mary-Lou
