Default Auto Update in Excel

I am having 2 excels. In first excel I am having user names in Column A(For
e.g Amit, Antony etc.). Daily we used to fill data against our name.Data
entered will be in color and code(Like MG and cell is filled with color say
Yellow to indicate project phase). On Second excel we havedifferent
worksheets renamed as code (MG etc). On eacer worksheet we have project
phases listed. In each phase we have users.

I want whenever I entered any color and code in first excel it should look
for worksheet with same code in secod excel, then on that worksheet it
should look for same color in first column, then after finding that colour
search for my name from next row untill you reach next color. In between if
you find my name go and update the value present in 2 nd column by 1 present
against my name.
