Default auto update an open excel sheet over network, with mutiple users

How can I auto update open excel sheets over a network with multiple users.
Sheets need to update both ways with out having to close and reopen and with
out read write becoming a problem?
Would love to hear from anyone with a solution.

Hi
you could try using Tools - share workbook for this.
BUT Excel is IMHO not designed for multi-user access. You ma consider using
a different type of application
