How can I convert a checked checkbox into value "1" ? I created a checkbox
(via toolbar-Form) in a cell. When I copy and special paste link that cell to another sheet in the workbook, the value is "0" even when I check the checkbox. What I want is to see an "1" when the checkbox was checked. I need the bolean value to be imported in MS Access. |

Did you link the checkbox to a cell? If you right click the form
checkbox and select "format control", then navigate to the "control" tab, and use the "cell link" box to select the cell that you want to link the checkbox to (say A1), then that cell will show either TRUE or FALSE depending on whether or not the box is checked. I was able to copy that cell and paste the link to a different sheet and it would update whenever the checkbox changed. I hope that helps, if you have any questions/problems, please let me know.
