In Excel 2003, I can't figure out the fomula for a company that has full time
and part time employees who recieve family leave time. For full time employees who have been employed 1 year or more they get 5 days, if they have been employed less than 1 year they get 3 days. For part time employees who have been employed 2 or more years they get 3 days. This needs to be formulated in 1 cell. Can anybody help me, I'm going crazy with all the errors in my Syntax. -- Frustrated |
