Default INFORMATION ON FUNCTIONS IN EXCEL (EX. "IF", VALUE LOOKUP)

I am looking for help with specific functions in Excel. Specifically using
the "If" and "value lookup" functions. I tried help to get more information
on these functions but it was not helpful.

Is there any sites online that would be helpful.

Thanks in advance for any help I receive.
