Default Named Ranges

Does anyone know where I can get some information on named ranges and linking
them to several workbooks? I don't know a whole lot about this, but I think
that this is what I need to do what I am trying to do and I don't know where
I can learn more about this.

Thanks.

Default Named Ranges

Shelly

one way to start is simply to search Google with: excel named range help

Chip Pearson describes Named Ranges at:

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/named.htm

Not sure about "linking them to several workbooks"

Regards

Trevor
