You would put the formulas wherever you want the answers at. Sounds to me
like you would want calculations on each of the different crews sheets, then
put that total info on one main sheet.

ok, so how do I apply the formulas on the Crew sheets to pull the information
off my data sheet? the data sheet consist of various information and
different production rates depending on the crews hours & work.

Can't tell you much without seeing it, but when you write your formulas you
can click the other sheet and use a value there, example, add A1 on sheet 1
with A1 on sheet 2 formula goes in sheet 1 B1

=A1+Sheet2!A1

right after the + click sheet 2 and then cell A1.

John,
I think my formula is going to very in depth with my data sheet, I'm not
sure what function to use to acquire what I'm looking for in my Crew sheet.
How can I send this workbook to you? I would like for you to see where I'm
going w/this.
