Default Setting format properties when opening Worksheet

Hello, I'm going to push data into existing excel file from Access. Once
there I want to format it based on text in the cell.

For example, here's some sample of the text in each cell:
Cell 1 = Henry Smith *1
Cell 1 = Henry Smith *1
Cell 1 = Henry Smith *1
Cell 1 = Henry Smith *1
Cell 1 = Henry Smith *1

You can use either conditional formatting or a macro.
