How can I make the formulas drop down one line on each item in the formulas?
They do have a $ such as !$I$33. Each time I copy the formula to the right in my compilation sheet I want it to drop down one line so that it would be !$I$34. I have a hugh spreadsheet, picking up information from several other spreadsheets, too. I am in over my head. Can you help me, please! Thanks for any info from anywhere!! Hope this helps. Joe B. "JTR" wrote: I need to copy a conditional formatting function to many arrays in a spreadsheet. Is there an easy way to do this without having to go through the setup each time? Thanks! |

The dollar sign in front of the column letter tells Excel to not change the
column letter when the formula is copied. The same for a dollar sign in front of the row number. If you want either to change, remove the dollar sign. HTH Otto "pwsok" wrote in message ...
