summing function in pivot table in column wise ??
Hi
i have excel for resource palnning columns as Name , Jan,Feb...Dec i need to sum individual resource sum for a perticular month and grand total for a year , i almost got the solutions except for individual sum for each resource is not able to caliculate using pivot table. |

One way is to put an extra two columns in your data with year and month
