Default summing function in pivot table in column wise ??

Hi
i have excel for resource palnning columns as Name , Jan,Feb...Dec i need to
sum individual resource sum for a perticular month and grand total for a year
, i almost got the solutions except for individual sum for each resource is
not able to caliculate using pivot table.

Default summing function in pivot table in column wise ??

One way is to put an extra two columns in your data with year and month
Your can then group on months and columns.
