Yes, validation drop downs. I want to copy the worksheet to another

So, assuming you're referring to data validation dropdowns or combobox dropdowns, you need to copy the sheet with Edit/Move or copy sheet (or ctrl-drag the sheet tab). Copying cells won't do it.
