Default Break Even Analysis

I need to do break even analysis. Airline Ticket A is $100. Airline Ticket
B is $125. Airline Ticket A gets me to my destination in 4hrs. Airline
Ticket B gets me there faster. How much faster would be necessary to justify
the extra cost?

What is the procedure to accomplish this in Excel?

Many thanks for helping me!!

Default Break Even Analysis

Tess -

The data you have specified ($100, $125, 4 hours) does not include
information about how you value your time, so I regard the problem statement
as being incomplete. If you specify the tradeoff (money vs. travel time)
explicitly, then you can use Excel to do the arithmetic.
