Break Even Analysis
I need to do break even analysis. Airline Ticket A is $100. Airline Ticket
B is $125. Airline Ticket A gets me to my destination in 4hrs. Airline Ticket B gets me there faster. How much faster would be necessary to justify the extra cost? What is the procedure to accomplish this in Excel? Many thanks for helping me!! |
Break Even Analysis
Tess -
The data you have specified ($100, $125, 4 hours) does not include information about how you value your time, so I regard the problem statement as being incomplete. If you specify the tradeoff (money vs. travel time) explicitly, then you can use Excel to do the arithmetic. - Mike www.mikemiddleton.com "Tess Donner" <Tess wrote in message ...
