These are toolbar/menu configs that are created/used by Excel. You
do not want to *mess* with these!


Just to clarify it's no problem to delete the xlb other than losing
any customized toolbars. Sometimes the xlb gets bloated or corrupt
and best deleted. A new "default" xlb will be created at next
startup.


Yes, I'm aware of this and I agree. This is different than *messing*
with an xlb file as in 'editing' it or the like...
