I copied your solution to this post some time ago but am having trouble making it work. Seems the instructions from "...your post no. 4" did not copy very well into my Excel sheet for some reason. Although they seem pretty complete I believe I have "copy typos" preventing me from getting it to work.

These are the names of the two subs and one function.
Sub Split_Teams()
Sub CountByFillColor()
Function CountByFillColor2(R As Range, sTxt As String, sColor As String) As Long

Could you use the cc: to zip me a copy of a working workbook of this?
