Default Hiding an item in the taskbar

Book1.xls opens and runs queries against Book2.xls. I don't want anyone to be
able to open Book2.xls from the taskbar however. How do I hide Book2.xls so
it doesn't appear on the taskbar?

WindowHide

Or disable Windows in Taskbar.
