PIVOT TABLE - hiding records with CALCULATED item values equal to
I have a Pivot table and it has a calculated ITEM (not field). Ever since I
added the calculated item to the pivot table, it now displays all records even for those records that have zero values for the calculated item. Before I added tha calculated item, the pivot table was only showing records with a calculated value. The help in Excel said to use field settings etc but this doesn't seem to work for calculated items. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Pele |
