Default Treeview - XML editor in VBA

Hi!
I would like to create a program in a VBA UserForm that allow user to create
a structured Word document. Something like a treeview where you can add
node where you need it. At each node, theres a text that can have some
formatting (italic, bold, etc.) according to a Rich text editor. It's like an
XML editor.

I would like to edit the text in an excel userform (with treeview). Is it
better to open Word 2007 and put the text in Word, then, save the XML
structure in Excel (as a text)?

Like <PSection #1<\P<Level1Section #1<\Level1<Level2Paragraph
#1<\Level2<Level2Paragraph #2<\Level2<Level3SubParagraph #1 with
<Iitalic<\I text<\Level3<Level1Section #2<\Level1<PSection #1<\P. Does
anyone know how to work with treeview and XML?

I dont know if theres a program that already exists (VBA or not) that
allow the edition of a xml file and the switch between 2 views ("treeview"
and the "Word document view").
Thank you!
Alex
