Default Excel form setup

We want setup a two excel file , one excel for frontend show empty form
format for user fill in data , after press save button , the record can save
to backend excel file . because i want protect user modify record in
backend data. please advice information / web site for me ref.

Well, you need a macro to do that, but with the limited info provided, it
would be very difficult to assist you?

Do you know anything about macro's? Would it help to send you a file that
does this, but which is used to create quotations?
