Default How do I setup a kiosk type form for public entry?

I need to setup a form in which the public can enter contact information that
will store in an Excel spread sheet.

The form feature on Excel 2003 doesn't appear to be appropriate for this, as
I don't want the public to see the data.

What would be the most effective/easy approach to this solution?

Thanks!

Hi,

You will need to use VBA and a UserForm, which has nothing to do with the
Data, Form command other than that you want it to do something similar.

The code and the Form design would depend on you actual data and how and
where you want it stored.
