It is my understanding that an excel spreadsheet can include resource
information e.g. workers hourly wages to include overtime after a set number of hours as well as equipment hourly rates. These costs can be imported into microsoft project so that the excel data can be used in project calculations. Seeking guidance on the existence of a template or guidance on how one can craft such a spreadsheet. Guidance sought |
