Default Auto-expand/rich auto-complete option in Excel combo boxes

Does this feature exist in Excel, like it does in Access? That would make it
much easier to selection items from a lengthy look-up list?

Not if your selection list is a Data Validation list dropdown.

A Combobox list has autocomplete.
