Hi Nigel, thanks for your reply - much appreciated. You suggested that
"Establish a key in both workbooks (the data that links both entries) and use VLOOKUP to map the data" . Please note that there is only one workbook and contained within it are two worksheets. Worksheet (Named: Contact Details) and worksheet (Named: Floor Plan). I tried to "Google" establishing a key in both worksheets, but could not find any information. Could you please advise how i can do this? Also, could you please advise on how I can use VLOOKUP to map the data? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
