Default preset table

Is it possible to have a table saved and insert when needed on the
same sheet. Im thinking something simular to autotext in word as I do
this. At the moment I copy and paste using a macro.

Hi,

Do you always want to insert the same table in the same sheet? Or do you
want to insert a sheet with a predesigned table into any workbook? Do you
always want to insert the table into the same file?

Thanks,
