hi,
i have a pivot table that is based no a certain range. the strangest thing is that in te page section of the pivot table it is based on a column, but not all the possible values are showing up in the page section. i made sure the range was big enough for the pivot table, but i cant figure it out. it just so happens that the column used for the page section is a vlookup column. would this make any difference? i wouldnt think so. what can i do? thanks in advance, geebee |

The Vlookup should not be an issue. A couple of things to try... Create a new
pivot table off of the same data range. Do you have all of the items in the pivot table. If so then right click on the Page Field in your original pivot table and select Field Settings. Look for hidden items. If that is not your problem reply back... -- HTH... turns out the hidden items thing was not the problem. i dont know what the
problem was, but i created a new pivot table and now it works fine. it is based on the same data and range as the old one. this is weird. i never encountered this before. is there such thing as a corrupt pivot table? I have never had a currupt pivot table but that does not mean that they don't
exist. Assuming you refreshed the table and there were no hidden items then I am not too sure... -- HTH...
