Default I have the slowness problem also

Help..

I find that I have such slow performance as to make Excel 2007 useless.
I like the microsoft tools and features but have been forced to use open
office from SUN because I just can't wait for the microsoft application
to update. The Sun tool is not as fully featured but at least it works
and of course it was free. If anyone knows how to get my microsoft app
moving faster please let me know. I am on a new dual core tosiba laptop
it is very fast with the exception of the new microsoft applications. I
may need to buy a copy of microsoft 2003 to make the tools useful.

David
