I extract the data from one query into one pivot table from Access. I
would like to know the "Gap" or "different" (such as revenue gap from 2007 to 2006), so I insert a "calculating item" to pivot table. Beside that, there is one more condition, that is I would like to know some specific items, not all data. but when I apply this calculating item, all data is show off. I don't want to show all data. It seems the filter or selector disable. Is there anyone could help me? Thanks in advance. |
