Default Missing Excel Workbook Template - with VSTO SE installed

Hi,

Hopefully I'm just doing something really stupid and you can help.

I have MS Ofiice 2003 (Professional Edition) with SP3 installed.

I also have Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition (also with latest SP)

Finally I have installed VSTO SE.

What I want to do is create an add-in for Excel 2003 that will allow me to
manipulate the actions pane. All the examples for this point me towards
using the Excel Workbook template project. However in Visual Studio I don't
get to see this template. I do get the Excel 2003 Add-In project template
which allows me to manipulate Excel through an add-in, but won't allow me to
customise the actions pane.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks

Phill.
