Default stopping a window for opening

I created a program in MS Excel 2003. I have protected with MS IRM (or RMS),
it seems to work but we are still in the testing stages. My question is there
a way to use programming to stop the €śShared Workspace€ť window from
automatically opening when the program opens and if so how. The home page of
the program has our logo on it and the window is obstructing the view.
