Default Solution to stopping IE opening excel workbooks without changing windows settings

Hi All

For all those that have an intranet site and wish users to open a
provided excel file within excel and not within IE (without making the
user change windows settings, i.e. tools-options ...) the solution is
as follows:

Create a windows .LNK file pointing to the excel file and post the link
file on your web page instead of the actual excel file :)
