Default How do I enblae macros in a password protected workbook?

In Excel 2007, If a workbook is password protected, macros are disabled, even
if the workbook is located in a trusted location, and even if the correct
password is entered. Is there a way to enable all macros?

Now I found the answer written by Jim Rech under "Exce. Misc"
A little tinkering with the registry solves the problem.
