how do i show extra information in data area of pivot table
hi,
have a pivot table up and running fine. just one question.....in the data area i have four fields.... opn bal, debit, credit the operation is sum on all the fields...... the only question is in opn bal...if there is a value 100, i want to have some field next to it that says "dr" or "cr".......so something like 100 DR or 100 CR..... i cannot use calculated fields because it's a text field and i cannot perform some mathematical function on it..... please let me know if there is some way around it..... regards, shripal. |
