Default set scale in an excel chart

I need to set the scale using vba or vb.net the values are all time values

Secondly the uppermost value has to be 24:00 excel simply goes on and on

Any help would be welcome

Default set scale in an excel chart

Sc ale can be changed if you carefully click on either the x-axis or y-axis
then right click and select Format Axis.
