Default Using the Now() function but I dont want it to update every time the spread sheed is recalculated.

I am trying to use the Now() to get the start time of a row for a
production report.

so when a user enters a row they can use the now() and it gets the date
and time but I dont want it to update ever. If not is there another
function that I could use.

Is this possible?

Thanks!
