Try this, instead:
Click on the AutoFilter dropdown arrow Select: Custom On the fields Select: Does not equal Select the value you do NOT want displayed Click the [OK] button Does that help? *********** Regards, Ron XL2002, WinXP "Gary Keramidas" wrote: when using autofilter, i select a value i don't want, the autfilter gives me all the rows i don't want to see. i hide them. how do i see just the rows i haven't hidden? don't necessarily need code, just how is this done? -- Gary K |
