Toggle Read Only
Hello.
I've got a workbook in Excel 2003 that, for the most part, needs to be read-only (if users save a copy of it, that's fine - I just don't want them screwing up the "master" version). However, there will be occasions when I don't want it to be read-only...namely, if I have to add more data to the file. Once that's done, I want it to be read-only again. Is there a way I can turn read-only on and off while I've got the file open? That way, the window of when it's "exposed' is as small as possible.
