I have an issue when I protect one sheet of a multi-sheet spreadsheet. The
Select Unlocked Cells and Select Locked Cells are check when enabling protection (just like on other sheets which are working properly). On this "bad" sheet the cursor changes from the plus sign to a hand and you cannot select any cells with the mouse. You can move the cursor around with the arrow keys and enter data into unlocked cells. I have discovered that this behavior only seems to happens when a couple of cells are within view -- B24 and/or B25. When they are out of view the cursor goes back to a plus sign and you can use the mouse to select cells. There does not appear to be anything weird with these particular cells or lines and I have tried deleting the cells, copying over the cells, deleting the lines and deleting the columns. None of these actions have solved the problem. Any ideas before I recreate the sheet from scratch... Thanks. |
