When my worksheet is protected, when TAB is hit, the cursor move across then
down. Is there anyway to make it move down then across? |

No.
There are other methods. See Bob Phillips' site for using a Named Range http://www.xldynamic.com/source/xld.xlFAQ0008.html You could also use VBA event code to move any order you wish.
