Considering most people will not have a clue what you are talking about, how
about a little bit of description and/or code ?

Default "Marketing Reasearch Tactical Plan" Template

In the template I found on the Microsoft Site, there are blue bars that
appear to the right of the sheet, I am trying to find out how to edit these
bars?
